This unique, private space allows your imagination to run wild: take a nude leashed walk with your submissive, skinny dip in the river, dine at your dominant’s feet, scream as loud as you can! Come enjoy the zen surroundings, rustic river cabins and fantastic outdoor play opportunities!
200 acres of private trees and trails to tie and cry in!! Skinny dipping and hot whipping in the private river!
During our personally hosted overnight events, all food is included – all meals: Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Breakfast and everything in between! Breakfasts will be a reproduction of some of our classic Bed & Breakfast creations, enjoyed amidst a relaxed and kinky atmosphere.
We do not have any personally hosted upcoming events at this venue, but you can still book your own adventure at this wonderful location!
Feel free to direct any questions to us, we are here to ensure you have the best event & experiences possible. During events we run, we will also be on site hosting & guiding the event…available 24/7 for the duration!

The cottage sits at the confluence of Trout creek and the Molalla river. With its own private kitchen & bath, it is ideal for friend groups who desire the luxury experience!

More About the Cottage
The kitchen overlooks a picturesque swimming and salmon fishing hole known throughout the area as the best and deepest around. Our hot tub is nestled a mere 20 ft from the river. The cottage is well outfitted with a full size fridge, electric stove/oven, dining table and chairs, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils. The bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower, toilet, sink, mirrors, hair dryer, plenty of towels, and typical toiletries. The cottage is old and full of memories!
A sitting porch overlooks the confluence, perfect for reading, writing or relaxing. An outdoor fireplace down a small path sits on the creekside of the cottage and offers another completely unique setting with a wood -fired grill and cedar picnic table. Swimming is encouraged and for the hale and hearty the extra cold Trout Creek makes an excellent plunge!

During our personal events, all of the amazing food is included in your event ticket! Please make sure to indicate any dietary restrictions upon booking, we have vast experience and take great joy in tailoring each meal to each individual. Regarding your events, you may bring in your own food and/or catering with your reservation of the Private Cabin and/or the Lodge.
B&B Inspired Breakfasts
Breakfasts are a reproduction of some of our classic Bed & Breakfast creations, enjoyed amidst a relaxed and kinky atmosphere. We have run Inns across the country and relish the opportunity to share our most beloved breakfasts with you in these unique and stunning locations.
French Press, Natural & Organic
We strive to create the tastiest meals with care, often featuring organic and natural ingredients whenever possible. French Presses & Conical Burr Grinders are our friends; the best over the easiest, every time. Joe has cooked for hundreds of people at monthly events for years and is no stranger to amazing eats.

Wi-Fi is available at surprisingly many locations in the woods and in all of the buildings except for the two cabins furthest from the lodge.
